My brother Nathanael came to visit me in India for Christmas.

We decided to do our best to make a traditional Christmas Eve supper. We mad a list of various German/ Norwegian Christmas foods, and headed out to see what ingredients we could find. Much to our surprise we found all the ingredients we needed for all the food on our list. We weren’t able to get the yeast breads made because we didn’t have time, stollen and cardamom bread.
