Ministry Report of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and District of Chengalput, India
“He shall not fail and not be discouraged till He has set judgment on the earth and the isles shall wait for His law”.  Isaiah 42:4
Our ministry in both districts is going on well by the grace of God.  We have finished teaching Martin Luther’s Small Catechism, My Church and Others and also the 14 booklets, now the repeat work is going on in both of the districts.  Now we are teaching the Law and the Gospel in both of the districts.  Our pastors are studying and also teaching their congregations the true and pure precious Word of God.  They follow the Lutheran order of service in Sunday worship services in their congregations and also they follow all Lutheran doctrines and teachings in  all activities in the church and ministry and also in family life.  Except, Sunday services our pastors conduct Bible study classes in different areas,  Sunday schools in the congregation, and youth meetings.  They preach the gospel in unreached areas, and conduct gospel meetings in the unreached areas.  They conduct the VBS classes in the summer vacation time for the school and college-going children to teach them the truth of the Word of God.
Now we are able to challenge the devil and stand firm against the false teachings, which is the snare and bondage of the deceiver and the father of the liars, that is the devil.  We teach the truth and the people are set free from the bondage of false teachings, sin and death.  Our Master said “you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free” (I John 8:32).  Our teachings make a difference, our teachings impact the pastors and people of other denominations.  As a result of that, the pastors of other denominations always like to join our pastoral seminars in both of the districts.
We have approximately 3000 souls in 61 congregations and more than 50% are youth and children in A & N Islands, and 4000 souls in 75 congregations and more than 50% are youth and children in Changalput district.

Report on Kadapa and Goa,  BELC, India
Dear Partners and friends in the gospel, how mightily God has answered our prayers from the last year in our programs.
We would like to bring to your kind notice  the progress and improvement of BELC in Kadapa district.
I am greatly humbled and thrilled to be able to share these successes from the field of what the Lord has done in Kadapa District in Andhra Pradesh and Goa.
We truly need and appreciate your prayer support.  There are many people against us, but in Is. 49:6 “Now he told me, you are an important servant to me to bring back the tribes and people of Israel, who are left alive; He is the light of us.”
Our ministry is the light of the Nations especially BELC in India.  The early Christians is one of the most remarkable things in the History of religions, all humans, of every country known in the world.
Who is the maker of the whole universe that the day will come.  Our CLC has enlarged its boundary in the world.
We are praying for where our CLC is proclaiming in many countries such as,  Zambia, Tanzania, E. Africa, Sudan, Nairobi Kenya, Myanmar, Nepal, Ghana, Togo and India.
His salvation reaches to the end of the earth.  We are investing money not on the churches, but on the youngsters, both boys and girls.
Dr. Martin Luther was a great monk. He never forgot to teach little children to begin their lives knowing the truths of the Holy Bible.
We are conducting special meetings for teenagers, and women’s retreats in each BELC centre at the time after Bible Class, with the Pastor in each centre.
The invisible hand involves Him in all affairs on the earth, and into the next life for us.  We celebrate His invisible hand in the outreach in the CLC in India.
In this year we conducted regional language Telugu pastors conference in Kadapa held on 25th and 26th of June 2012.
We invited the BELC staff and president to attend the occasion. A total of 18 pastors got the chance to read their messages.
Last, Rev. Bhasker gave a message on the Lamb of God.
The Benediction was by Rev. Poulbhaktha.
I hope that the Lord can do a miracle in Goa in Karnataka state where the Apostle Thomas stayed and spread the gospel when it was ruled by the Roman gov’t. in ancient days.  Rev. Victor Vemuri went four times and conducted BELC classes with 15 youngsters, who voluntarily came to serve the Lord in Goa.
